MANAGING DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS LEADER

Shelby is a junior at the University of Louisville studying Economics and Political Science. Shelby is interested in a career in the legal and/or consulting field. At the University, Shelby is a McConnell Scholar and serves as a Senator in the Student Government Association. He is originally from Corbin, KY and graduated from Corbin High School.

MANAGING DIRECTOR - PRACTICE LEADER

Ahmed is currently a senior at the University of Louisville majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Computer Information Systems and is planning to get his CPA license after graduation. He has previously completed internships at PwC and LG&E in Financial Due Diligence and Accounting. Ahmed plans to continue his education and earn his masters in business analytics. In his free time he enjoys working out, visiting local coffee shops and hanging out with friends and family.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Joel, a senior at the University of Louisville majoring in Industrial Engineering, completed co-op rotations with GE Appliances in roles like Consumer Operations, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and Area Business Leader. Currently President of the Indian Student Association, he's active in various student organizations. Joel enjoys cooking and spending time with loved ones. Post-graduation, he'll join GE Appliances for their Supply Chain Development Program.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

Franklin is a tech entrepreneur with 18+ years of experience in software engineering, project management, and Lean methodologies. He holds an Innovation Masters in Business Administration (IMBA) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA). Franklin's extensive experience includes working with numerous startups, providing invaluable mentorship and guidance. Committed to community and innovation, he's skilled in team leadership, project management, and tech trends application for business growth in the digital world.

MARKETING CONSULTANT

Laren is a junior at the University of Louisville studying Marketing with a minor in Music Entrepreneurship. After graduation, she plans to pursue a legal career in Intellectual Property, focusing on copyrights and trademarks. Laren is a MLK and Porter Scholar, a drum major with the Cardinal Marching Band, VP of Broadcasting for the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), and is a first-generation college student. She also enjoys music, crocheting, drawing, and hanging out with her cat, Juno. Laren is from Auburn, KY and a graduate of Logan County High School.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Riley is a freshman at the University of Louisville studying Political Science and Philosophy. She is interested in International Policy and Law, and hopes to attend law school in the future. At the University of Louisville, Riley is a McConnell Scholar, Deans Scholar, and serves as Director of Philanthropy for her sorority, Kappa Delta. She is from Northern Kentucky, and is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy.

MARKETING LEAD

Fran is a Senior at the University of Louisville, studying Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. Born and raised in Panama City, Panama! She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Fran is a Diversity Student Ambassador and a Student Worker for Admissions at the University of Louisville. She enjoys sports, music, and a good conversation.
